This is the supplier quality report the Purchasing team prepares every month. This month it covers three suppliers, three parts and one finished product.

## Suppliers

- **Goldline PCB** — A tier-1 supplier in Shenzhen, China. Supplies PCB boards. The contact is Minsu Kim, assistant manager on the Purchasing team.
- **Ningbo Magnetics** — A tier-1 supplier in Ningbo, China. Supplies magnet cores. The contact is Minsu Kim, assistant manager on the Purchasing team.
- **Daesung Cable** — A tier-2 supplier in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do. Supplies power cables. The contact is Jieun Lee, associate on the Purchasing team.

## Parts and finished products

- The finished product **Smart Controller SC-100** is assembled from three parts: a PCB board, a magnet core and a power cable.
- Safety stock is 500 boards for PCB boards, 300 units for magnet cores and 1,000 units for power cables.

## Quality issues this month

- **QI-0903** (September 3, high severity) — A soldering defect was found in PCB boards delivered by Goldline PCB.
  The affected lot was fully quarantined, and Minsu Kim requested corrective action.
- **QI-0830** (August 30, low severity) — Power cables delivered by Daesung Cable arrived with damaged packaging.
  The products themselves were fine, so Jieun Lee decided to repack them and use them.

## Delivery

- Goldline PCB's September shipment was held at customs and arrived nine days late.
- Ningbo Magnetics and Daesung Cable delivered on time.
