Process GPT Lite edition released — it starts as an installation service with training included

Process GPT Lite edition released — learn with your own company’s work, then use it right at your company. An installation service with training included

uEngine Solutions has released Process GPT Lite, an AI work assistant you work with in a single chat. It is an edition that puts a light interface on top of the open-source Process GPT backend, and its source is public on GitHub for anyone to install and try.

It is also sold differently. Instead of selling a license or a subscription, we offer it as the ‘AI Work Class for Your Company’: customers bring one of their own tasks, learn with it, and get it installed in their own environment. In short, it is an installation service with training included.

  1. What Process GPT Lite is

It does not stop at answering questions. It reads your mail and puts to-do cards on Home, makes documents, drawings and quotes, and edits them right inside the open editor. It hands work to teammates and joins meetings to bring up material.

  • 💬 Chat and Home: conversations that split by topic on their own, and to-do cards made from your mail
  • 📄 Documents and tools: Hangul, Word and Excel files (IeumOffice) and drawing, image, sound and video editors (ArtCraft), handled by chatting
  • 🔁 Less repetition: save what worked as a skill, and run it on a schedule as a mission
  • 👥 As a team: shared folders, a messenger, and online meetings with live interpretation and minutes
  • 🧭 As processes: process mining finds repeated work and turns it into a formal process, improved with bottleneck, value-stream and critical-path analysis
Running a process built by chatting in Process GPT Lite

A process built by chatting moves step by step between people and agents.

It works in Korean and English. We also published a 29-chapter tutorial that takes you from start to finish, with a video for every chapter, and with the English tutorial and English videos, teams and partners abroad can start from the same material.

  2. Instead of buying software, you install it with training

Bringing in an AI tool does not by itself make work faster. If reports get written faster but approvals and handovers stay the same, the customer still waits. That is why Process GPT Lite does not just hand over an installer; it starts from one real task of the customer’s.

  1. Bring one task — bring one real task you want to improve, with the documents and rules you can share.
  2. Work map and bottleneck — draw the flow from the customer’s request to completion and find the one place where it waits longest.
  3. Practice in Lite — handle that task yourself with AI on the Process GPT Lite screens.
  4. Install it at your company — Process GPT Lite is installed in the agreed environment (one server), with initial setup such as the admin account and a connection to the LLM your company uses. The skills and apps made in practice move over as they are.
  5. Keep improving — if you like, continue improving your work with a consultant through the mentoring subscription.

When the training ends, you are left with more than course material: the same system you learned on is standing inside your company. From the next day you carry on with the same work on the same screens.

  3. Clear costs from the start

  • Included in the training: initial installation and setup of Process GPT Lite in one agreed environment, and a connection to the LLM your company uses
  • Separate (explained in the consultation): LLM and API fees, server and cloud costs, external service costs, custom integrations, travel, additional mentoring, maintenance

The schedule, number of people and price are set in the consultation to fit your work and environment. We write them into the quote so you know what is included and what costs extra before you start.

  4. Why we do it this way

As we said in our open-source survival strategy, the line between free and paid is not the source code but the operational risk a customer finds hard to carry alone. The Process GPT Lite code is public for anyone to take, and uEngine shares the responsibility with the customer for setting it up and using it in their own work.

The goal is not being able to say you tried AI, but checking in the records whether the time your customers waited actually went down. The bottleneck, value-stream and critical-path analysis built into Lite shows those records.
